"The area outside the chalet is a bit untidy, also the hallway and stairwell is very dirty, not the most welcoming when you enter the chalet. The toilet is very basic and not really in keeping with the rest of the chalet. We struggled to get the heating to come on and had to rely on the pellet fire which was excellent."

"First of all, the communication of the management team is very timing and clear. The property is very spacious, equipped and decorated well. It is a corner unit so you have big balcony with the view to Mt Blanc. The place is very quiet so you can sleep well at night. It is only 5-7 minutes walk to the town center. I left my purse and passport in the unit when checking out. The team called me immediately and I got them back before heading to Geneva airport. Thank you very much!"

"Location of the property is not perfect - close to Aiguille lift, but not the lifts you would use for skiing, we walked to city center and took the SK busses from there; entrance and parking area are dirty when raining, exterior of the building is not fancy :)"
